It would appear that there is a possibility that our current leaders, Cameron and Clegg aka The Chuckle Brothers or The Brothers Grim have pulled off a two decade old plan to create their unholy alliance.

Okay, lets do some simple maths. Cameron born in October '66 and Clegg born in January '67. They were in the same academic year as each other. Is it not conceivable that they met whist in some upper class oxbridge secret society, fell in political love and conspired to create a dark alliance 20 years in the future?
According to Wikipedia, about Clegg it is written:

"... Clegg had joined the Cambridge University Conservative Association between 1986 and 1987, with contemporary membership records citing an "N. Clegg" of Robinson College. (At the time, Clegg was the only person of that name at Robinson.) However, Clegg himself later maintained he had "no recollection of that whatsoever."

Evil, no other word.

David Cameron dreamed of being Prime Minister since before he was at Eton. He lusted after the trappings of power, seeing himself as a born leader of people. Lets face it, in all of his wildest dreams he could never have envisaged just how he would gain the power.

We all know that career politicians sell their souls to the devil early on in their lives, so perhaps its not that hard to swallow that a Tory and a liberal alliance was Cameron's only real route into number 10. Don't get me wrong. He would still have the address just off Whitehall, even if he lead a minority Tory administration, but he would not have had the power he has so ruthlessly sought all his life.

So, David Cameron has wangled a deal to get his beloved power, a deal that puts Nick Clegg right at the heart of everything. How long before Clegg becomes an irritation? How long before Cameron wants rid of this itchy clegg-nut?

I'm expecting that the Conservatives will get all their bits of the deal with the Lib Dems rushed trough, whilst delaying the lib dem parts. Then, they sever all ties and renege on their promises to Cleggs inner circle. Never trust a Tory! That's my motto!

Election 2010: Democracy??? Yes please!

It would be nice wouldn't it? If when we voted, in the majority, who or what we voted for would be put into place. You know, democracy. I thought for many years thats how things worked. Not so it seems.

On the eve of a national general election here in the UK, I would like to raise the issue of the English Democrat Elected Mayor of Doncaster, one Peter Davies. Lets be clear, the man has a legal mandate given to him by the people of Doncaster, in fair and open elections. He has been in office for 8 months. The previous Mayor of Doncaster was Martin Winter, originally a labour man, who later was re-elected as an independent. Martin Winter served two terms as Mayor before he was made a scapegoat and forced out of office over the tragic and much publicised "Edlington torture" case.

The plan by the Labour party was to get one of their own back into the job of Mayor after they lost control of Mr Winter. With Winter out of the picture the way was paved for a new mayoral election. As is the case with Labour, they failed to take the electorate into account. After decades of Labour control, Doncaster council was in a mess. The "donnygate" scandal served to begin the exposure of just how dis functional the Labour run council was. So, the electorate made its choice, much to the disdain and visible anger from the Labour "possy". The people chose An English Democrat candidate called Peter Davies.

Back to now. Eight months in office and now central government (labour party) has decided to intervene in the affairs of Doncaster council. Davies has hardly had time to get used to his new desk let alone fix decades of Labour cock-ups. It would appear that they are going to somehow blame Davies for all their mistakes. Central Government, or should i say, the labour party, is effectively saying to the electorate of Doncaster, "ah, yes well, you might have wanted that, but we wanted this, so up yours!".

If Peter Davies is forced out of office over this typical labour interference, it will be a travesty of justice for the people of Doncaster. Perhaps more importantly it shows how little your vote is really worth.

Election 2010: The Lesser of Three Evils?

Okay...

So lets assume that my grand plan to take over parliament with independent MP's doesn't work this time round. Whats the best of the worst case scenario's?

I have to admit that Nick Clegg has a point. We have had nearly a century of pillar to post politics. Perpetually waxing and waning from blue to red. A two party system. No one is saying we now have a three party system, indeed the system is designed to accommodate two parties. The issue is; which two parties will it be after May 6 2010?

Gordon Brown has proven he is a bungling moron, as well intentioned as he may be, we all know that the road to hell is paved with good intentions. His room in that fiery hotel in the depths of oblivion has been ready for his arrival for some years now. His chances of getting out of this election with anything more than the title "cyanide for the labour party" will be an achievement for the deluded fool.

The labour party was formed in a different world when men were men and women knew it. Those days are long gone, they have been for over two decades at least. Tony Blair pulled a psychological wonder stroke by making Labour seem viable again in 1997. A little re-branding "new labour" and I was fooled, along with many of my fellow countrymen, I'll admit it. I know i wont let the betrayal that was the years after '97 go unpunished, i also know i can never trust the labour party again, i can only hope that my fellow countrymen feel the same.

Moving on to David Cameron. Slimy anyone? For me the problem here is trust again. It looks from the outside looking in that Cameron is saying what he thinks people want to hear. I hear what he says and I'm left feeling empty inside. Cameron is like a poor Chinese copy of Tony Blair, shipped over by the Tories for a bargain while the pound was still strong.

One thing is certain. There will be no real change in this country if Mr Cameron is PM, his approach may seem different but the end goals are clearly; "more of the same".

And so... We find ourselves looking at Nick Clegg through squinted eyes as we try to work him out in the short space of time left before May 6th. If change is what is required for Britain, then logically the liberal Democrats are the best choice from the three options. In a time when the only real class system left in Britain is the rich versus the poor, perhaps its time for the liberal Democrats to take their rightful place as one of the two official parties in our age old two party system.

Perhaps the labour party will be consigned to the history books like the century that saw its birth.

I have stayed silent long enough. I can no longer sit by while Gordon Brown moves through his election campaign like a bull in a china shop. Nay, a blind bull with an inner ear problem giving it incredibly poor balance, in a china shop.
The thing that scares me half to death is the thought that this clown of epic proportions might actually end up our PM, again! The people of this once great nation are befuddled and confused by the psychological trickery of today's modern politics, more so the modern politician. The electorate is treated as a hurdle that must be overcome before the power is handed to any politician.
Politicians don't see themselves as serving you. Why? Lets face it they do serve us. or at least that's how it should be. So again, why?
They serve the person or persons funding their little jaunt into the house of commons. Each of the main parties all have massive donors to their election funds, these donors are your MP's paymasters in effect. Party politics is a dirty corrupt affair, to be free of these infectious leaches the country has to vote independent in droves. Put the parties in a tiny minority and let the independents form a government free from the influence of big business.
The question I struggle to answer is; just how mind washed and "under their spell" are the electorate? We will soon see i fear.
At least it'll be Gordons first time "truelly" elected if he does pull one off...

A thousand sorries for the lack of posts.... Anyway...

The recent fiasco regarding MP's expenses serves to show the level of contempt these stuffed shirts have for the people they are supposed to serve.
Gorden Brown, the despot who will cling to power like a cleggnut on an ass hair, thinks that his solution to this problem is enough. He is, not for the first time, wrong.
The whole parliamentary system in the case of England is so far gone it needs to be excised like a cyst. Brown talks about "constitutional reform" and then carries on as normal. The man is a power crazed lunatic, who's belief in his own abilities is far greater than his actual abilities.
The only reform we need in England is to completely start again. Sack all politicians and close that old cold building, it stinks of decades of self serving corruption.
We need real democracy, not this pretend crap that we are pacified with now, where the government is only really elected by about 15% of the countries population, while the other 85% can just whistle. That needs to change for a start, the rest should be simple after that.

BBC is Corrupt!

Mark Thompson the BBC director general is not only married to a Jew but also has had several meetings with high ranking Israeli politicians since his appointment to the post, the purpose of these meetings was to "improve the BBC Israeli relations".
This I would say constitutes a conflict of interest for Mr Thompson, two conflicts of interest to be precise.
Taking into account these conflicts of interest, the BBC's decision under the leadership of Thompson, to not air an impartial charity appeal seems suspicious at best, down right corrupt at worst.
This is why I have demanded that the "partial" director of the BBC resign from his public office with immediate effect. If you are a TV licence payer in the UK i would urge that you complain to the BBC over their ridiculous decision and also ask for the resignation of the pro Israeli Mark Thompson. I just read about the chicago senator who was selling Obama's seat in the senate to the highest bidder!
He's one that got caught, how many have gotten away with this kind of trickery we will never know.
